This community is one of the
most isolated spots on Maui and also one of the most beautiful. This
rugged area make a great area for a spectacular view of the rocky
cliffs and a nice place to hike.
Kahakuloa Head.
This 636-foot high hill is
situated on a point east of the sleepy town of Kahakuloa. You'll
find this on the North drive side of Maui, and you'll pass it if
you're on the North West Drive.
Biking:
If you?re a advide
biker and would like a good challenge, Kahakuloa is an excellent
uphill and downhill training ground for experienced riders.
Hiking:
Hike in one of the
more challenging areas of Maui. Just be sure to bring good hiking
shoes.
